I don't usually drive, but today I had to go pick up my mom under a pretty strong downpour. The whole right lane was no different from a river. I was doing 40 or 50 kph, and a light turned red ahead of me. I pressed the brakes... didn't work. The pick-up in front of me noticed, and changed lane to the left just in time! And just before I hit the car in front, the brakes worked! Not a meter to spare.
I guess this must've been a warning or something... TOO CLOSE to be true.
