I've been listening to that Killer Song
all along these days at work. I've liked it so much; I had to download it from SLSK cause I wanted to hear the little whistling again. Its rhythm is so neat!! It has the same appeal to me that all the trance songs have. This one's a bit different from the ones I've heard, cause the whole song is led by human sound. The girl sings through half the song, and the other half is occupied by the whistling! That's what makes it kind of different. It doesn't really sound like your usual trance song, but the constant drumming and bass is there.
The girl's latin accent (not ancient latin, but Latin American) gives it such a rhythmic touch, too... It just FEELS right. Spanish pronunciation is much better cut out for more concise words than English is. Spanish words always finish cuttingly (in a cutting way), emphasizing the vowels. English words, on the other hand, are pronounced in a way that makes them keep sounding for longer than the written word marks that they should, AND they emphasize consonants more than they do vowels.
But that's just my opinion.
Anyway, I don't feel like saying too much today. But I will soon...
Night night. I've got a busy weekend ahead of me.
Oh, and if the picture fits, I think I'm changing my profile photo
for a more recent one (yay!)
