Does it feel like unwanted burden

Or does it fill up your channels
with what you yearn to contain?
Is it both, or is it neither?
Is it pleasure? Is it pain?
Is it tickles in your belly,
or just a sense you can't explain?
Does it come all of a sudden
even if you had no clue
that you would become the target
that someone else pursues?
Just which piece of you is that senses
that unseen yet real sign?
Your nose, your ears, your heart, your shoulders?
Your sex, your eyes, a buzzing spine?
