The addictive dependency it causes
Once with the foreknowledge of the existence of a certain technological aid to complete a task,
A lazy human psyche will often be unwilling
To solve the task themselves
Nor even to understand the underlying principles and method
By which it can be solved.
Skills and knowledge are overlooked and ignored, forgotten,
In favor of the streamlined convenience that someone else has devised
That does not really belong to oneself,
On which one becomes reliant
Undetachable.
