Flow moves and permeates

All corners where it can help

Relieve and fortify pressures,

From the overs to the unders

Uninterrupted and unhesitant.

We can identify where flow is checked.

In our pursed lips,

In our locked purses,

In our evasive eyes,

In our stemmed impulses,

In our fearful rushes,

In our despondent spirits,

In our hesitant words,

In our unchosen compulsions,

In our clogged throats,

In our secret desires,

In our hidden resentments,

In our paralyzed choice.

If we take the time to feel the block,

To understand it, and to know it,

We can know how it came to be.

And only then can we take on the task

Of neutralizing the cause whence it came

If we so will.
